The productivity of this switch and railway track equipment aligning, tamping and levelling machine is very high because, since it acts on a switch, it manages to fit the switched railway track while it aligns and levels the main railway track, which reduces the tamping time and increases the quality and stability of works.

It has a divided one-sleeper tamping set, the ability to move sideways from the set with regard to the machine's frame, as well as side-folding tamping rods, which allows to tamp all the switching area.

You may work both on Iberian and international gauge tracks.

It is necessary to emphasize the following characteristics:

· Operating system with and absolute reference and a fixed point.

· Computer-aided guidance system, with prior auscultation and computing geometry optimisation.

· 8-channel strip chart recorder of parameters of a railway track.

· Lifting arm for the third rail, which is automatically synchronized with the machine's levelling system.
