In this way, our corporate social responsibility establishes all systems, methods and ways of work for every one of our staff and companies. It is responsible for the corporate honesty and integrity, promotes ethics and a culture of good-quality work, offers development and ongoing improvement, promotes innovation and training, ensures that our activities are sustainable and environmentally and socially friendly, ensures the promotion of equal opportunity, imposes workplace safety, and promotes a good working environment and balancing work and family life.

Corporate social responsibility is also the means that the Rover Alcisa Group uses to return part of what has been received from the society and the environment. They reinvest some of the profits in public interest services, and sponsor environmental, sporting and cultural initiatives.

Among all the external actions that we launch, we may emphasize: aids to soup kitchens and shelters, the sponsorship of charitable sport activities, agreements with other social foundations and associations, training agreements, and many other altruistic aids, which are managed through the Rover Alcisa Foundation.

Among all the internal actions that we launch, we may emphasize: annual scholarship campaigns for staff and their families, assessment of flexible timetables, and corporate bicycles available for staff to move around with this ecological means. We would also like to emphasize the enormous boost to our staff training: last year, 956 students received 17,238 hours of specialized training.
