The Rover Alcisa Group assumes a voluntary reinvestment commitment of part of its profits to social welfare activities.

In order to bring this commitment to a good end, the Rover Alcisa Foundation was constituted in 2006, which was managed in the framework of our corporate social responsibility actions. Its purposes are: assistance and social integration of poor or needy groups; scientific and technological development, promotion, and collaboration; boost for sport practices; and environmental defence.

Many particular activities are managed from the Foundation, which may be divided into those addressed to people outside the company and those addressed to staff.

Among all the external actions that we are launching, we may emphasize: aids to soup kitchens and shelters, the sponsorship of charitable sport activities, agreements with other social foundations and associations, support to music associations, training agreements, and many other altruistic aids.

Among all the internal actions that we launch, we may emphasize: annual scholarship campaigns for staff and their families, and bicycles available for staff to move around with this ecological means.
