98% of the production obtained by all companies in the Rover Alcisa Group is carried out under the strict requirements of a Quality System, based upon ISO 9001 standards and certified by AENOR.
Our quality management system enables to track and manage all processes and activities, according to indicators that provide quantifiable information and help facilitate our decision-taking process, with the aim of implementing tasks to improve our products, services and management processes, which would then increase our productivity.
The quality management system also identifies all interest requirements for our clients and monitors their accomplishment in order to improve their satisfaction according to their needs and expectations.
We draw up the corresponding specific Quality Assurance Plans or the appropriate Integrated Quality Management Plans for each work. With these plans we efficiently monitor all the activities that are carried out, we adapt the work proceedings to each particular case, and we verify the results in each stage of our activity.
In each workplace, we assign at least one on-site Quality Management Manager, who is supported by some quality central services. As an example of our deep interest on quality, we would like to emphasize that all engineers in our quality central service made 200 visits and on-site internal quality audits last year, with their corresponding improvement reports. This effort was superimposed to the daily dedication of all on-site quality supervisors.
Our commitment in quality and environmental training is also patently obvious that, last year, 1,026 hours of technical training were provided in different quality-related fields, to a total of 138 students, plus 176 students and 712 hours of specific training in our management computer systems.
