The Group Rover Alcisa wide the entrance vestibule of the Hig Speed Train in Madrid

The Group Rover Alcisa, across his companies Rover Alcisa Construcción and Iberovías, is going to construct the platform for a double route of 220 Km/h High Speed, between Atocha and Torrejón de Velasco.

 

The knowledge and Rover Alcisa's experience construction in the railway infrastructures and Iberovías's powerful and modern machinery, Rover Alcisa allows the Group the construction in UTE between both companies of a platform for the extension from two to four routes in Alta Velocidad's lines between Madrid, Atocha's station, and Torrejón de Velasco. 

Rover Alcisa Construcción contributes his extensive experience in the railway sector, and Iberovías, his powerful machinery of last generation. In fact, the Group Rover Alcisa, in this Alta Velocidad's infrastructure is going to use the whole equipment of machinery with bateadoras of line and of change of the first category (Plasser and Theurer 09-3X and 08-475-4S), perfiladora of balasto (PDB-110) and dynamic Stabilizer (DGS-62N). Machinery that allows to realize any type treatment mechanized of geometry of route, and whose performance is of the highest of the sector.

 

The actions object of this project can divide in two differentiated parts: Section Pinto-Torrejón de Velasco and a new parking of surroundings.

 

Section Pinto-Torrejón de Velasco

In this section the project of platform is defined for Alta Velocidad's double route, for a speed of 220 km/h. The infrastructure is projected up to the level of the cap of subbalasto (that remains included inside the project), there being defined likewise the reinstatement of servitudes and affected services, the environmental integration of the infrastructure and the complementary works. Since P.K. of origin has adopted 300+000, placed in the point of connection with the previous Getafe-pinto section, in the municipal area of Pinto.

The section includes a jump of routes in the P.K. 305+200 (P.K. 26+000 of the L.A.V. of Sevilla), to define a quadruple route, with the new routes attached to those of the L.A.V. Madrid - Sevilla for both margins, up to the connection with the following section: Torrejón de Velasco-Seseña, nowadays in works.

For the accomplishment of the jump of routes, the double-wide track separates in two only routes in the P.K. 304+315. The double route has a total length of 4.315 m, up to the P.K. 304+315. The only(unique) route felt Madrid has a length of 2.644 m, and the only route felt The Levant, 2.202 m. The section understands(includes) the following significant works:

- Structures pergola of 252 m on the L.A.V. Madrid - Seville, of the P.K. 305+073 to the P.K. 305+325.

- Step under the M-506 for a portico formed by screens of piles, of 24 m of length, in the P.K. 300+520.

- 1 top Step of the branch of the link of the M-506 with the R-4 in the P.K. 300+550.

- 2 top Steps for reinstatement of ways.

- 1 Underpass by means of a frame pushed under the L.A.V. Madrid - Sevilla.

In addition it includes the transverse drainage by means of frames of reinforced concrete and pipes, 3 of them pushed under the L.A.V. Madrid - Seville, and the longitudinal drainage, the reinstatement of road affected and ways for access to estates, the civil work of the railway facilities and the execution and later restoration of two lendings for  (training) of terraces.

New parking of suburban train 

The current parking of the line of surroundings C-4, placed in Parla Industrial's station, will be affected by the works of this project, being foreseen the raising of the same one and his reinstatement in the own line C-4 by means of a parking assistant. Parla Industrial will still have the new parking placed between and the lay-by of Butane and the current bifurcation. His principal characteristics are the following ones:

- Has 3 routes electrified with useful length top to 410 m.

- The route is of Iberian width trained for naughty polyvalent monoblock (PR-01) with rail UIC-54 in long welded bar, on balasto.

- The devices of routes are of the type P, with tangent 0,11 in the detours located in the parking and 0,09 for the detours and leaks that are included in the general route.

- The electrification will realize with chain type ADIF CA-160 in direct current. A feeder of assault will be executed from the existing substation in Parla Industrial.

- New electronic parking with aptitude to include in the same blockade and the remote control.

- Technical building to lodge the equipments, including the office of traffic.
