The use of this dynamic railway track stabilizer has proven to extend railway track conservation intervals up to 30%, with a significant reduction in operating and maintenance costs. Its use increases the security of operation, reduces the terms needed to achieve the highest speeds allowed in the line, and increases the durability of the designed railway track geometry.

The dynamic stabilization achieves a better ballast bed compaction and a more compact sleeper settlement, which increases the railway track’s lateral resistance. It consists in applying a horizontal vibration system beside a static vertical load over the railway track, and spatially realigning all elements that form the ballast.

This machine can work both on Iberian and international gauge tracks.
